We are looking for caterers to attend our show for the supply of Fast food during the day (until 5pm only) and we are keen to support small local businesses. We will have a Licensed bar, Ice cream vendor and Confectionery stand who will have sole rights, so no alcohol, ice cream or confectionery please. There will be a maximum of 4 units on the show ground with a variety of food. Our 2024 set fee is £275.00 per unit and the choice of caterers will be at the Committee’s discretion. If you are interested please download and submit an Application form by 10th July, with a description of your stand. Please ensure you state clearly what type of food your Application is for and give examples of prices you will be charging. We do not overload the show ground and will be looking for discerning prices charged to the public as well as a good variety of food. All Caterers will be allocated an outdoor pitch but all equipment must be provided by yourselves.
New for 2024: We are also looking for a Fast Food Caterer for the evening (5pm onwards). This will be for one unit only who will have Sole Rights. If you are interested please download and submit a Tender form by 10th July, with a description of your stand. The stand will be located near to the entrance of the Pavilion.
We are looking for Caterers to Tender for Sole Rights. If you would be interested in attending our show please download and submit a Tender form by 10th July, with a description of your stand and give examples of prices you will be charging. The Bar will be situated inside the entrance of the Pavilion and will be required for the day and evening. Ice Cream and Confectionery will be allocated an outdoor pitch but all equipment must be provided by yourselves.
Caterers must be registered with their local authority for Food & Hygiene regulations and must provide relevant certificates together with Public Liability Insurance and a Risk Assessment.
Traders are responsible for ALL litter in the vicinity of their stand. All waste must be removed by the trader after the show. We ask that you provide adequate bins in the vicinity of your stand.
To Apply or Tender please print out the relevant form below and return it to the Secretary by 10th July. We ask you to tender on a per unit basis. Successful Applications and Tenders will be informed as soon as possible.
